What we built
What changed
Real projects from companies that trusted us to solve complex technical challenges. From conversational AI agents that automate reporting to zero-downtime Kubernetes migrations and legacy system integrations.
On this page you'll find the details of each project: the initial problem, the solution we designed, the technologies we used and the measurable results we achieved working together.
LIA: the AI agent that answers business questions in seconds
The data team constantly received reporting requests: how many subscribers, what's this month's revenue, which content performs best. Legitimate questions that required analyst time to answer.
They asked us for a solution that would allow anyone on the team to get reliable answers without knowing SQL or depending on the technical team. A system that would democratize data access while maintaining metric quality and consistency.
The solution: LIA (Lust Intelligence Agent)
We developed a conversational agent integrated into Slack. Any employee can write a question in natural language and receive a PDF report with charts, data validated against dbt's semantic layer, and disclaimers for use in meetings. The agent understands the business context and generates responses consistent with corporate metric definitions.
"Now anyone on the team can ask in Slack and get answers in seconds, with the same reliability as if an analyst did it. It has completely changed how we make decisions."
"We migrated to Kubernetes without our clients noticing a thing. Now we deploy multiple times a day with complete confidence. It's been a massive change for our team."
From VPS to Kubernetes on GCP, without going down
All their critical infrastructure ran on traditional VPS servers: hard to scale, complicated to maintain, and with manual deployments that took hours.
They wanted to move to Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform for automation, scalability and resilience. But there was a problem: 24/7 service, thousands of active clients. They couldn't afford a minute of downtime during migration.
The solution: Blue-green migration with zero downtime
We designed a phased migration architecture with blue-green deployment. Each service was migrated independently, keeping the old environment running in parallel. If anything failed, instant rollback. We automated everything with Terraform and ArgoCD so future deployments would be reproducible and auditable.
A real estate CRM with no WordPress plugin
A Surfly client in the real estate sector was using a specialized industry CRM to manage all their properties and contacts. The problem: although the CRM had a public API, there was no WordPress plugin available to display the properties on their website.
They needed a WordPress plugin that would consume the CRM API, automatically import properties, display them with an attractive design, and let visitors search and filter by area, price and features. All synced with the CRM in real time.
The solution: Custom WordPress plugin
We built a plugin that consumes the CRM API, transforms the data and stores it in WordPress. The frontend displays properties with detailed listings, photo galleries and a search engine with filters by location, price and property type. Everything syncs automatically every hour.
"Our client needed to display CRM properties on their website and there was no plugin available. Valendra built a custom one and now the website updates itself."
